NWDT introduces dance as an art form and as a discipline to new audiences through education and awareness. Our teaching artists work with students to collaborate as an ensemble: choreographing, performing, and creating with students to engage their minds and bodies. After working with our teaching artists students have a much greater appreciation of ballet performances and often want to attend more performances in the future.
