At Northwest Dance Theatre, we believe in making dance accessible and enriching for all. Each year, we host a two free library outreach performances, offering a 20-minute excerpt of our upcoming productions to the local community. These special previews are part of our ongoing commitment to keep the arts approachable and affordable. Attendees of our library outreach also receive exclusive discounts to our full-length performances.
In addition, NWDT is proud to extend our outreach to schools, hospitals, retirement homes, and other community organizations. If you are interested in bringing the joy of dance to your community, please contact our Board of Directors to explore how we can participate in your upcoming event.

Northwest Dance Theatre proudly sponsors Ballet Through Borders, a charitable initiative founded by one of our own company members with deep South African roots. Each year, this inspiring project brings the transformative power of ballet to underprivileged girls in South Africa, offering them access to dance education, mentorship, and artistic expression.
As the main annual sponsor, NWDT is honored to support this dancer-led effort, reflecting our commitment not only to the art of ballet but to empowering our dancers as change-makers in their communities and beyond.
